''The JOURNEY''
Most of us are familiar with the quote , ''life is a journey , not a destination !''
Yet , so many of us struggle while on this journey called life . The reason why so many of us struggle is BECAUSE we're not truly living in the moment .
We think we are BECAUSE it's what we've become accustomed to and comfortable with but we're really someplace else .
Often , we're in the past or what I call ''YESTERDAY'S PLACE'' or the future ''TOMORROW'S PLACE'' . Neither offers us the peace or power of being in the MOMENT .
Imagine you're on a cross-country adventure , a journey . Would you rely on a previous road map from a past trip that you recently took or long ago , to get you we're you're going ? Of course not , [ BECAUSE ] you'd get lost .
Likewise , would you focus your attention on worrying about the trip you're going to embark on next month or next year versus the one you're presently on ............hardly .
In LIFE , the present moment is your compass on the journey . You will seldom lose your way or experience a challenge that you cannot handle when you are present .
The PRESENT MOMENT is the only place where you can ''tap into the power that life offers .'' TODAY is where YOUR DREAMS , VISIONS and INTENTIONS can be realized , ......no where else !
Place an INDEX CARD on your night stand and write the following words on it ,
''The Present Moment is My Compass !'' Read it , morning and at night , take it with you in your wallet or pocket book .
REMEMBER , THIS LIFE is YOUR JOURNEY .
YOU HAVE the POWER !
