2. On   the   other   hand   ,   some   people   are  naturally   ''WOUND   VERY   TIGHT''   .  They   have   SHORT   TEMPERS   that   are   QUICK    TO   FLARE   ,   and  it   is   very   hard   for   such   individuals   to   stay    CALM   in   DIFFICULT    SITUATIONS   .

3.We   admire   a   LEADER   who   is   able   to   ''KEEP   the   COOL''   BECAUSE   we   know   that   is   a   VALUABLE    PERSONALITY    TRAIT    to   have  ''when   the   going   gets   TOUGH   ,   as   it   inevitably   will  .

4. Even   if   you   are   NOT   naturally   as   CALM   ,   COOL   and   COLLECTED   as   others   ,   you   can  use   your   admiration   of   this   personality   type    trait    to    become   more   CALM   ,   COOL    and    COLLECTED    in    your   own   life   .   View    them    as   ROLE   MODELS  worthy    of     emulating   .    It's    true  .   We   can   learn   HOW   to   MODIFY    our    own   behavior    by   OBSERVING    OTHERS   and    HOW   other   people   behave   and    ADAPT    their   HABITS   .

5.Use   BREATHING    TECHNIQUES   to    slow   down   and   get   calmer   !    Take   DEEP   BREATHS    and   COUNT    to   TEN    or   TWENTY   or   ONE    HUNDRED    .   FEEL    your   BODY    calming   down    as   you   breathe   .   ALLOW    yourself    to   GIVE    in    to    the   CALMNESS    .    When    you    ALLOW    a   PHYSICAL    CALMNESS   to    TAKE    OVER    your    BODY   ,   and    EMOTIONAL    CALMNESS   is    sure   to    follow   .
